Who we are
The Chronic Care Center is a medico-social institution, specialized in the treatment and follow-up of childhood chronic diseases: Thalassemia and Type I Diabetes.
Our Clinical Report
The clinical Report is a result of continuous research on Diabetes and Thalassemia. It covers all facts and figures, and a overview of the Clinical Centers Yearly accomplishements, along with acccurate cost of treatments.

on November 15, 2025, we marked World Diabetes Day at the Chronic Care Center with “Diabetes in the Workplace: Challenges and Solutions”, a fruitful conference highlighting patients’ rights and the essential role employers play in integrating people with diabetes and preventing Type 2 Diabetes among employees.
We extend our thanks to all participating partners: the Ministry of Public Health, the Ministry of Labor, the Order of Nurses, IDF, the UN Global Compact Network, LSEDL, Malia Group, IDRAAC, the young participants living with Type 1 Diabetes, and the dedicated professionals of the Chronic Care Center
